This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a Townsville-based HSEQ Advisor role with a well-regarded construction company delivering a broad mix of civil and building works across the region. You'll play a central role in keeping people safe, projects compliant, and performance high—all while working close to home.

About the Role:

• Provide on-the-ground support across active project sites in Townsville and surrounds
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits
• Support incident investigations and ensure follow-up actions are closed out
• Maintain and improve HSEQ systems in line with ISO standards and legislative requirements
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks and internal training sessions
• Build strong relationships with teams, subcontractors and clients to foster a proactive safety culture

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years' experience in a HSEQ role, ideally within civil or building construction. White card.
• Cert IV in WHS (minimum); Diploma in WHS is a bonus
• Strong understanding of QLD WHS legislation and environmental obligations
• A practical, down-to-earth approach and confidence working directly with site teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to Townsville
