Job Description of Power BI Analyst in Melbourne:

Power BI Data Visualization Expert
We are looking for a Power BI Data Visualization expert with 3-5 years of experience who can fulfill the following criteria. He/She will be responsible for END TO END Visualization solutions development and project delivery across multiple clients. Also, would be supporting in consulting engagement and should be able to articulate and architect the solution effectively to bring in the values that data analytics & visualization solutions can deliver.

Job Requirement

The person will be required to:

  1. Drive the development and analysis of data, reporting automation, Dash boarding, and business intelligence programs using Power BI.
  2. Manage high volume and high complexity projects across multiple delivery locations in a virtual environment with excellent client communication skills.
  3. Be highly competent technically with significant, hands-on expertise in technical architecture and delivery of data visualization and Analytics solutions.
  4. Conduct business due-diligence activities to identify analytics-led opportunities for transforming business.
  5. Travel within and outside of India on a short-term or long-term basis.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of systems and processes in order to extract insights from existing data leveraging rigorous project management discipline to ensure the highest possible quality of delivery while managing team capacity.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. Solid understanding of ETL tools with strong SQL & PL SQL.
  2. Experience in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Server.
  3. Must have worked on at least one of the databases, i.e., SQL Server, Oracle.
  4. End-to-end implementation of the BI & Reporting solution.
  5. Good understanding of the Big Data ecosystem.
  6. Strong problem-solving and conceptual thinking abilities.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  8. Ability to work as a consultant.
  9. Mentor team members in the area of BI and Visualization and provide guidance as necessary.
