Mandate: Support our customers by designing and delivering enterprise-grade data engineering solutions in the Azure ecosystem. Success will come from being proactive, clarifying requirements, and building trust with stakeholders while solving complex problems.

Responsibilities
  • Challenging Projects – You'll be embedded in client teams helping deliver high-impact data engineering initiatives across ingestion, modelling, transformation and governance.
  • Broaden Your Skillset – You'll be working with Azure, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced Python + SQL workflows.
  • Learn from Experts – Be part of a collaborative, knowledge-sharing consulting team that values mentorship, continuous learning and community.

Requirements
  • Design, develop, and optimise end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and platform reliability
  • Build scalable solutions using modern, cloud-native tools
  • Apply best practices around data security and compliance
  • Monitor and improve data workflows and performance
Technology / Tooling
  • Microsoft Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric)
  • SQL, Python
  • Exposure to Power BI, Spark, or GitHub Actions is a bonus
About YOU

You'll ideally bring 2–7 years' experience in data engineering roles and be confident using Azure tools, writing clean Python/SQL, and solving real-world business problems. You're a team player, curious, coachable, and love learning from others as much as teaching them.
