Overview

Store Manager | BONDS | Airport West role at Hanes Brands Australasia.

About The Role

This is a temporary full-time position at 38 hours/week ending 13/09/2026, based at Bonds Airport West Store.

Responsibilities
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs.
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
  • Execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and the ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
  • Understanding of stock management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
