In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.

About the Role: An exciting part-time opportunity exists for an Allied Health Assistant (AHA) to join our team at Northern Health. This role requires an AHA who is passionate about providing high quality person-centred care. Working with both Occupational and Physiotherapists within the Community Therapy Services (CTS) at Broadmeadows Hospital, you will deliver individual and group-based therapy through the application of competent clinical treatment skills. This is a part time role, working 27.8 hours per fortnight.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Certificate IV AHA Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • Current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Current National Police and Working with Children History Check
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team
  • Commitment to lifelong learning
  • Demonstrated initiative with strong effective communication skills
