Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead with a strong background in full stack development, particularly in ReactJS and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java development, with a proven track record in both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can guide a team in delivering high-quality software solutions while ensuring best practices in development and deployment.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
  2. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  4. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
  5. Manage CI/CD processes and ensure smooth deployment of applications.
  6. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
  7. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on project goals.
Mandatory Skills
  • Backend Development: Minimum 4 years of experience with Spring Boot and at least 2 years with Spring Boot Web Services.
  • Java: At least 8 years of experience in Java, with hands-on experience in Java 8 or above.
  • Frontend Development: Minimum 4 years with ReactJS or Angular 9 and above.
  • HTML/CSS: Proficient in HTML5 and CSS3.
  • JavaScript: Minimum 2 years with ECMAScript 6 and modern JavaScript features.
  • Database: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle 11g or above) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS/Azure IaaS and understanding of cloud terminologies.
  • CI/CD: Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GIT, Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Testing: Proficient in JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing project timelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time.
