    About Our Client

    A diversified financial services provider operating across Australia and New Zealand, offering residential and secured finance, personal and business loans, mortgage broking, insurance solutions, and investment products.

    Job Description
    • Respond to Customer and Business Partner enquiries via all contact channels i.e. Telephone, Email and Webchat.
    • Adhere to shift and task schedule according to periodic rosters.
    • Produce customer correspondence within agreed service levels and quality criteria.
    • Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Internal Dispute Resolution or escalate issues outside expertise.
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities.
    • Complete compliance training within the set timeframe.
    • Actively self-manage performance and engage in coaching and training to improve performance.
    • Adhere to policies, standards and procedures to mitigate risk and meet regulatory guidelines.
    • Identify and alert Risk Management about any risks within the role.

    The Successful Applicant

    A Successful Graduate Client Services Officer Should Have
    • A relevant degree in finance, business, commerce or a related field.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • Basic knowledge of financial services or accounting principles.
    • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
