The Role:
We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our workers compensation team as either an Associate or Senior Associate. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Perth.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive team, develop your skills, and grow professionally.
Requirements:- Post-admission experience of 3-8 years;
- Background in workers compensation, personal injury, or insurance law;
- Experience in conducting litigation in Courts and WorkCover WA;
- Conciliation conferences or mediations experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Effective time management and commitment to drive matters to resolution;
- Capacity to communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds;
- Solutions-focused outlook with a proactive approach;
- Desire to learn and grow;
- Experience with Actionstep or other legal software.
