Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bowling Alley Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Bowling Alley Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff schedules, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Duties also include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, overseeing inventory, and implementing promotional activities to drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily bowling alley operations and guest experience
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise front-line team members
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
  • oversee inventory management and supplies
  • Plan and implement promotional activities to drive business growth
Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Operational management and multitasking skills
  • Marketing and promotional skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in the Bowling, entertainment or hospitality industry is a plus
  • RSA, Food Safety certification and Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
