Due to continued and rapid growth, we are hiring a Clinical Consultantwithin our Upper Extremities team in Perth, WA, on a permanent basis.

As a Clinical Consultant, you will provide clinical expertise, training, and support to our surgeons, nurses and hospital staff, assisting in theatre.

This role requires strong clinical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to develop lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.

The Role:

  • Be the 'go-to' person in complex Upper Extremities operations by providingtechnical and clinical specialist expertise to our customers

  • Provide clinical in theatre support for Stryker products

  • Provide training and support for hospital staff in their use of Stryker products

  • Day to day and ongoing planning and administration associated with clinical support for Stryker products

  • Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products

  • This position is 100% clinical (no sales targets) but can lead to a pathway of sales or leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Biomedical Science, etc.). A clinical background in orthopaedic surgery or rehabilitation is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience highly regarded

  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of upper extremity anatomy, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation protocols.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to educate and present clinical information to a variety of stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse clinical situations, provide solutions, and communicate effectively to improve outcomes.

  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed to support surgeries, training, and customer relationships.
