What will you be doing?

1. Coaching Leaders & Teams for Impact
2. Guide organizations through transformation, embedding growth mindsets and continuous improvement.
3. Partner with leaders to drive agility, innovation, and high-performance cultures.
4. Driving Operational Excellence & Agility
5. Help businesses streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and build adaptive capabilities.
6. Embed Agile ways of working and lead teams through iterative problem-solving.
7. Strategic Consulting & Advisory
8. Frame complex challenges, structure solutions, and drive smarter, faster decision-making.
9. Lead distinct project initiatives, shaping large-scale transformation efforts.
10. Facilitating & Embedding Lasting Change
11. Design and deliver workshops, training, and hands-on coaching for real, lasting impact.
12. Move beyond theory, ensuring real adoption of new ways of working.

Who we're looking for

• 4+ years of consulting experience, with a passion for transformation and leadership development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Experience engaging, influencing, and coaching leaders at all levels.
• Background in Agile methodologies, operational excellence, or leadership coaching (preferred but not required).
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills—you know how to bring people on the journey.
