Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to the ultimate customer experience.
  2. Stay updated on Samsung products and technology trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
  4. Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Process after-sales care Service Appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Attributes:

  1. Brand Alignment: Share our passion for Samsung and align with the company's values.
  2. Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
  3. Availability: Minimum of 2 full days per week, including at least 1 day over the weekend and 1 weekday.
  4. No technical experience required—paid training is provided
