About The Role

We are searching for passionate Support Workers to join our Mounties Care Team supporting our areas in Sydney's North Beaches. There are multiple opportunities available - Casual, Part-time, Overnight and Live-In Care

As a Support Worker, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outings
  • Food preparation and shopping
  • Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing
  • Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes
  • Providing social interaction and companionship
  • Transport to appointments
  • Live in Care services (for the right candidate)

About You

The ideal candidate will ideally have:
  • 1+ year experience in aged care or disability support
  • Cert III in Individual Support or similar – desirable
  • Disability or dementia experience – desirable
  • NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
  • COVID-19 vaccination (at least 2 doses)
  • Own vehicle with insurance
  • Good communication skills
