Your Role:

As our SEO Enterprise Manager, you'll lead the strategy and delivery of high-value, complex SEO campaigns—often for big-name brands across global markets. You'll act as a trusted advisor to clients, manage multi-stakeholder relationships, and ensure outstanding SEO performance through data-driven execution.

You'll work autonomously across your portfolio, with the flexibility to shape your approach and access support as needed. Alongside delivery, you'll help drive agency-wide initiatives, contribute to our SEO innovation, and uplift the skills of our broader SEO team.

Key Responsibilities:

Include but not limited to;

• Lead end-to-end SEO delivery for enterprise-level accounts (typically $8K–$20K+ retainers), ensuring performance, retention, and growth.
• Drive SEO strategy and execution for major national and global brands—navigating complex technical environments, internationalisation, and large-scale site migrations.
• Lead the scoping process for large accounts, translating client goals into clear project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Tackle technical SEO challenges across a variety of platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), including crawlability, site architecture, and indexation issues.
• Identify opportunities to expand retainers and deliver strategic upsell recommendations grounded in performance data and client goals.
• Contribute to StudioHawk's growth by supporting RFPs, enterprise pitches, internal process innovation, and SEO product development.
• Mentor and uplift fellow Hawks by running training sessions, sharing insights, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally managing enterprise or high-retainer clients.
• A passion for crafting robust, high-impact SEO strategies with clear commercial outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen—comfortable identifying upsell opportunities and demonstrating ROI.
• Comfortable navigating and implementing across platforms like WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento—strategic in thinking, but happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• Strategic communicator who can present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
• A hands-on, collaborative leader who's not afraid to dig into the work and support others.
• Deep curiosity and a growth mindset—you stay sharp on SEO trends and love pushing boundaries.
• Passionate about being part of a talented team and contributing to collective excellence.
• Available to start on July 1st, 2025.

Salary Range: $105,000-$120,000 (excluding superannuation).
