A day in your life as a BWS Team Member

  • You'll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that customers will remember.
  • You'll advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
  • You'll ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices.
  • You'll maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
  • You'll uphold responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
  • You'll be yourself and bring your authentic self to work—BWS gives you the freedom to shine.

About You
