Role Overview:

Rate: $700/day

Contract Duration: 12 months

Project Start: In 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, ensuring alignment with AEMaaCS implementations (components, templates, services, and integrations).
  • Work closely with architects and tech teams to define deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes for efficiency.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and Agile sprint cycles to refine requirements.
  • Manage requirement traceability across the project lifecycle.
  • Guide and mentor other Business Analysts joining the initiative.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects.
  • Strong expertise in Web Content Management, UX, and Agile methodologies (Jira experience preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with public-facing websites and enterprise-level AEM implementations.
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders across multiple program streams.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation, or Public Sector is highly regarded.
  • Adobe AEM certification is a plus
