Job Description: Technical WriterResponsibilities
  • Create and edit customer-facing documentation for the Tuum system via APIs and a graphical user interface.
  • Develop user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, and other instructional materials.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product specifications.
  • Translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
  • Create diagrams and flowcharts and generate ideas for illustrations to enhance documentation and improve user comprehension.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to Tuum's technical writing conventions.
  • Review and edit documents created by other team members for clarity and quality.
  • Update and maintain existing documentation based on product changes or user feedback.
Requirements
  • Proficient writing skills in English and bachelor's degree in technical communication, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts, programming languages, and tools is a plus.
