Overview

OSHC Before & After School Care Educator - Mickleham role at TeamKids, permanent part-time position based in Mickleham VIC 3064.

We are looking for energetic and passionate Educators to join our Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) team in Mickleham, VIC 3064.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the children in our care
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of exciting and innovative activities that enrich the lives of the children in our care
  • Cultivate a welcoming and nurturing environment
  • Play and have FUN with primary school aged children
  • Prepare nutritious food and maintain a clean environment
About You

We are looking for confident, energetic candidates who have highly polished communication skills and can relate to a wide range of stakeholders, from prep students and parents to school principals.

Required Attributes
  • A passion for, and experience working with children and ensuring their safety, wellbeing and happiness
  • Great team player, enthusiastic about helping the team achieve the highest quality service
  • Innovative - you show initiative by presenting new ideas and solving problems as they arise
  • Love to have FUN
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Education, Youth, Sports Science, Social Work, Health related fields, etc. More information at acecqa.gov.au
