As an Insolvency Director at our firm, you will:

  1. Lead engagements, both formal and informal, from start to completion, driving outcomes for clients.
  2. Manage and engage stakeholders throughout the process.
  3. Contribute to the senior leadership team, offering input into business strategy and its implementation.
  4. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior colleagues.
  5. Build and deepen client relationships, enhancing business development.

What We Are Looking For

  1. 7+ years of experience in advisory, restructuring, and insolvency.
  2. A business/accounting degree or equivalent, and CA/CPA qualifications.
  3. ARITA qualification (or in progress).
  4. Strong communication and analytical skills, with experience in report writing.
  5. High emotional intelligence (EQ), strong leadership qualities, and a collaborative mindset.
  6. Motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and seeks to make a real impact.
