  • Retail store management experience
  • Proven ability to meet sales, wages, and targets
  • Passion for coaching and leading teams
  • Experience with performance management
  • Strong, engaging communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Effective roster management skills
  • Previous visual merchandising experience
  • Flexibility to work late nights, public holidays, and weekends when required
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
