We're growing fast, and we're looking for motivated 3rd and 4th-year Law Students to join us in a casual paralegal role, working at least 3 days per week in our Wollongong office.

Your Role

Role

As a Paralegal, you'll play a vital role in supporting our legal team and gaining real-world experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Assisting Senior Associates & Lawyers with legal matters.
  • Managing files, emails, and correspondence.
  • Preparing briefs and legal documents.
  • Liaising with clients and third-party stakeholders.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

If you're passionate about law and eager to make your mark, here's what you'll need:
  • Current enrolment in a 3rd or 4th-year Law Degree.
  • Previous experience in a law firm essential
  • Previous experience in Employment Law and Personal Injury essential.
  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (LEAP experience is a bonus).
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid NSW Driver's License.
