A full-time position has arisen for a Lift Fitter (Lift Installation & Service) who is looking to excel in the lift industry and deliver the quality service we strive for.

About the role:

  • Understand and implement drawings and blueprints provided to you
  • Assemble and install elevator components using a range of both power and hand tool
  • Identify faults in lift motors, brakes, switches and electrical and electronic control systems
  • Undertake routine maintenance and servicing of lifts and escalators
  • Replace worn or faulty parts in lift equipment
  • Respond to emergency call-outs to repair lift equipment

About you:

  • Have a Fitting/Electrical/Mechanical trade qualification or minimum 3 years' experience in the lift industry
  • Knowledge of lift code requirements
  • White card
  • Valid driving license
  • Own tools
  • Commitment to safe practices and work health and safety measures
  • Can-do attitude, quick on your feet, and a problem-solver
