Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors modules and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions. The architect will serve as the bridge between stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession Planning).
• Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for SuccessFactors best practices, system architecture, integration strategies, and data migration.
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed solution designs.
• Collaborate with HR business leaders, project managers, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless implementation and integration.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards related to HR systems.
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, integration blueprints, and documentation.
• Conduct system evaluations, gap analysis, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Guide the configuration, customization, and extension of SuccessFactors solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to implementation teams and support resources.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and roadmap.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP HR technologies, with 3–5 years in SuccessFactors architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM, third-party systems (via SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, API, or other middleware).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations (design to deployment).
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (one or more modules) is highly desirable.
