NES Fircroft is partnered with a global energy business with headquarters in Perth's eastern suburbs. As a result of recent growth, this company has a requirement for a Project Scheduler to join the team on an initial 3-month contract basis, with the possibility for extension. We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to fulfill this important role, with key duties including:

  1. Coordinate and plan all activities for assets across various site locations, scheduling preventative and minor project maintenance according to maintenance and service schedules.
  2. Liaise with management and key stakeholders.
  3. Create work orders and assign parts required to complete scheduled, project, and breakdown works.
  4. Maintain registered plant inspections and documentation.
  5. Liaise with the service manager to address warranty issues and schedule repairs with on-site customers.
  6. Ensure a high level of maintenance by proper planning and scheduling of work.
  7. Develop and maintain cost and time estimates for planned maintenance work.
  8. Assist regional supervisors with resource planning for maintenance activities.
  9. Upload and maintain accurate records and documentation for registered plant and maintenance.
  10. Develop ongoing maintenance planning and optimize the system.
