Along with our long term relationship with Montblanc, Cosmax has a strong brand portfolio of prestige cosmetics and fragrance brands and operates throughout Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking casual retail sales associates to work in our Montblanc Boutique located in the heart of Brisbane.

As part of our Boutique Sales Team you will play an important role as the direct link between the finest products and our discerning customers. You will ensure a superior customer experience throughout all touch points whilst building customer loyalty and relationships.

These are casual positions with shifts across all store trading hours based on your availability and the business needs. Our Brisbane boutique is open 7 days a week from 10am to approximately 6pm including most public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional face to face and over the phone customer service, ensuring each customer receives an outstanding experience;
  • Develop a strong product knowledge of the entire line of Montblanc products;
  • Assist with stock control and inventory management for the store;
  • Help us to build additional sales through CRM management, upselling and store promotions.

As the ambassador for the brand you will have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service every single time.

Ideally you will have:

  • A strong knowledge of the Montblanc product portfolio;
  • Will have worked within the retail sector, ideally selling luxury products;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (a second language is desirable but not essential)
  • A positive customer focused attitude and immaculate presentation;
  • Flexible availability across our trading hours.
