About the Role

As a Retail Technology Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in the support, development, and installation of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems across RFG's franchise brands. Reporting to the Retail Technology Manager, you'll work with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth operation of POS hardware and software across the national network.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide daily support to franchise partners and internal users on POS systems.
  • Manage store configurations, system updates, and hardware/software installations.
  • Coordinate and track POS feature development with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and create user-focused online training tools.
  • Liaise with Business Development Managers to coordinate installation activities and store readiness.
  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and ensure stakeholder expectations are met throughout the POS lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience working with retail POS hardware and software, Task Software or Redcat POS systems advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Passion for both technology and helping people.
  • Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
