Overview

Mejico is looking for an ambitious, reliable, and energetic Kitchen Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and sanitary operation of our kitchen area.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and store food items, while adhering to food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times by washing dishes, sweeping the kitchen floor, and organizing food items.
  • Assist with food preparation and production as needed.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures during food handling and storage.
Requirements
  • Relevant work experience in a kitchen environment preferred
  • Ability to use kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and grills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
