You will have the opportunity to help your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Design and implement intervention programmes to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
  • Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to support individuals in achieving maximal work participation
  • Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and professional registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives
  • Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle
  • Current or ability to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
