Reporting to the Senior Creative Designer, this role includes working across a range of branding and marketing assets, including print, digital, social media, EDMs, website and mobile, video editing, content production (video & stills), advertising (both print and digital), PowerPoint and InDesign presentations. This role will develop impactful, on-brand creative materials to support the growth and development of the Alpha-H brand. The scope of work includes digital design, video content and web design.

• Ensuring all print and digital assets adhere to brand guidelines and are cohesive across media
• Maintaining excellent time management to meet deadlines
• Maintaining artwork files and administrative processes
• Proficient use of programs (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Collaborating with the Digital team and external agencies to create EDMs, website assets and digital ad campaigns
• Interpreting briefs and guidelines effectively

• Meet deadlines internally and externally
• Assist Senior Creative Designer with jobs and deadlines as required
• Prepare artwork per printer/client specifications
• Create artwork and imagery that is ethically inclusive and accessible for color-blind audiences
• Build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, managers, external clients and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and respect for people and the environment
• Be an active, proactive, and collaborative team member
• Comply with OH&S standards and perform tasks safely

• Qualification in Graphic Design
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in short form video editing for paid advertising and social media
• Experience in EDM design for mobile & desktop (Klaviyo knowledge preferred but not essential)
• Proficient in the Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
• Experience in photography, filming and editing with ability to operate a camera (ISO, aperture, etc.)
• Experience in social media content creation
• Extensive knowledge of using a MAC and related software
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and eye for design
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects
• Ability to solve creative problems
