Job summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. You'll work closely with chefs and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, benches, and equipment.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs.
• Take out rubbish and recycling, ensuring waste areas are tidy.
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team with any other tasks as required.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
