About the role

As a Owners Corporation Manager, you'll work closely with property owners and committees to ensure buildings and common areas are well-maintained, compliant, and running smoothly. From coordinating repairs and managing budgets to chairing meetings and navigating legislation, you'll be the trusted link between owners, contractors, and other stakeholders.

With national systems, local support, and structured training, we'll back you to succeed—because when our managers feel supported, our communities do too.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of residential and/or commercial Owners Corporations
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance matters
• Preparing and running Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Committee Meetings
• Responding to owner and committee enquiries with professionalism and care
• Preparing budgets, reviewing financial reports, and advising on levy collection
• Ensuring legislative compliance and helping owners navigate their obligations

What you will bring

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in Body Corporate or Owners Corporation Management, who enjoys variety and takes pride in staying organised and solutions focused.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Confident and articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines with calm efficiency
• Financially literate and comfortable working with budgets and reports
• Curious about legislation and how it applies to shared property
• Naturally empathetic and solutions-oriented when dealing with owners and stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems
