Provide administrative and coordination support for the management of grant agreements, stakeholder engagement, and governance activities within the Keeping Children Safe reform program. This includes liaising with non-government organisations, supporting effective use of the SmartyGrants system, and providing high-level administrative support for meetings and reporting processes.

Key Duties
  • Coordinate and track grant administration using SmartyGrants, including monitoring deadlines, following up on reporting, and maintaining records.
  • Liaise with funded service providers to ensure compliance, review reports, and negotiate variations or extensions.
  • Support system improvements and acquire technical knowledge of SmartyGrants (training provided).
  • Provide high-level administrative support for government meetings, including scheduling, preparing papers, taking minutes, and managing actions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and briefing materials for grant oversight and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to administrative tasks, document management, and internal reporting.
  • Perform other duties within the role's scope as required.

Experience in public administration, project support, community services, or related fields is preferred.
