About The Role

We offer Full Time and Part Time positions (please specify your availability in the application).

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Making and confirming complex patient bookings via inbound and outbound calls
  • Providing high-standard patient care during registration, bookings, and queries
  • Quoting and receiving payments from patients
  • Answering general enquiries from referrers and stakeholders
  • Liaising with referring medical professionals
  • Preparing and finalising billing, including Medicare, private, and third-party payments
  • Preparing results and performing general administrative duties
