Job Description

Contribute to profitable sales growth by meeting sales targets and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service
  • Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver great customer service and answer queries
  • Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard
  • Monitor and assist with web orders that come through to store, including picking stock, wrapping, and organizing delivery in a timely manner
Qualifications / Key Competencies
  • Customer focus – does everything through the eyes of the customer
  • Drives results – consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances
  • Demonstrates self-awareness – uses feedback and reflection to gain insight into personal strengths and weaknesses
