The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing RPO team and work onsite with Brighter Super, one of Queensland's most respected superannuation organisations.

This is a true end-to-end recruitment role where you'll take the lead on all hiring activity across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll partner with senior stakeholders, shape workforce strategies, improve recruitment processes, and play a key role in building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment delivery: Manage all facets of the recruitment process across a diverse range of roles.
  • Partner strategically: Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Talent sourcing & engagement: Use creative and proactive strategies to identify, engage, and nurture high-quality candidates.
  • Drive improvements: Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Champion the brand: Be a key ambassador for Brighter Super in the talent market.
  • Collaborate with Troocoo's RPO team: Tap into the expertise and support of our internal team while enjoying onsite autonomy.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment across superannuation, financial services, or related sectors.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and talent pipelining across varied role types.
  • Process-oriented and tech-savvy, ideally with experience using ATS systems like JobAdder.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
