Base pay range

A$69,200.00/yr - A$82,500.00/yr

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a dynamic and diverse role? At Youi, we have an opportunity for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team for Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll be providing exceptional service to our New South Wales (NSW) customers, helping them navigate the world of CTP insurance. On any given day, you could find yourself selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies, and fielding general questions about CTP insurance.

The Role

  • Onsite and full time, Monday-Friday only
  • Customer-focused role addressing all queries related to CTP insurance, tailored to our NSW customers
  • Selling policies, making amendments, cancelling policies
  • Listening to customer needs and identify opportunities to add value
  • Exceeding targets and enjoying the benefits
  • Overcoming objections to close the deal
  • Delivering awesome service to our clients
