What You Will Be Doing In This Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated Scrub/Scout Registered Nurse with a minimum of two years' experience, specifically in hybrid vascular surgeries, to join our high-performing perioperative team full-time, Monday to Friday. In this specialised role, you'll work alongside expert surgeons in our advanced hybrid operating theatres, supporting complex vascular procedures while ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-focused environment.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgical needs, and actively contributing to team-based care. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development is essential, as is the flexibility to participate in the on-call roster. Who We're Looking For
  • You'll have current AHPRA registration as an RN
  • You'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a scrub/scout within hybrid vascular surgeries
  • You'll have an elevated level of empathy and strong emotional intelligence.
  • You'll be an exceptional communicator (both verbally and written) with demonstrated experience professionally communicating with patients, their families and colleagues.
  • You'll have the flexibility to work in a full time role, Monday – Friday.
  • You'll be available to participate in the on call roster as required
  • You'll have full Australian working rights
