The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• Employee Satisfaction & Retention: Building a culture of respect, growth and accountability.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Driving service excellence and client partnerships.
• Financial Performance: Managing budgets, costs and profitability with precision.
• Operational Leadership: Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple service lines.
• Strategic Execution: Aligning operations with GWA's mission, values and community impact.

Preferred location arrangement is in preference order below

1. Local to Karratha or will Relocate to Karratha
2. FIFO to Karratha

Remuneration

1. There is not set budget for this role, candidates will be required to present a value proposition on the added value and performance to GWA leveraging a package catered to their personal goals
2. Housing can be made available for a person or family
3. Housing subsidies are considered
