The Role - Your Front-Row Seat to Scaling a Business

As Manager Operations Improvement and Analysis, you'll be the closest thought partner to our General Manager of Victoria, working across sales, pricing, operations, cost management, and digital strategy. You'll be at the center of the action - from high-level strategic brainstorming to real-time execution on the ground.

Base pay range

This range is provided by CARS24 Australia. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

A$120,000.00/yr - A$160,000.00/yr

What You'll Own

  • Iterate & Optimize - We move fast, test ideas, and refine them in real time - you'll be the driving force behind this process.
What We're Looking For
  • Owner's Mindset - You take initiative, move fast, and care deeply about results.
  • Top-Tier Problem Solver - 2-4 years in MBB, PIP, A&M, Strategy or similar consulting backgrounds, ideally with experience in operational improvements.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical - Strong Excel modeling, data analysis, and storytelling through PowerPoint.
  • Execution Machine - You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects while staying laser-focused on outcomes.
  • Adaptable & Curious - You love tackling ambiguous challenges and can navigate through uncertainty with confidence.
  • People-Centric Communicator - Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across all levels of the business.
