The position:

We are seeking a passionate and spiritually grounded leader to join our Middle Learning Community (MLC) as theHead of Learning and Alignment – Spiritual Quotient. This role supports the Deputy Head of MLC – Learning in leading and managing the educational vision in alignment with the College's mission, values, and explicit improvement agenda. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures both academic excellence and spiritual formation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator who is committed to integrating faith and learning. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of Christian education, strong leadership capabilities, and a heart for student transformation.

This is a full time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025 or as negotiated with the successful applicant. This role requires current QCT registration and will incorporate a teaching component.
