Medium Rare Content Agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our client, Coles. This role involves managing BAU content streams, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires a proactive team player with at least 3 years of client-facing experience, preferably in content or creative agencies, and a strong understanding of digital and print content across channels.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
  2. Manage end-to-end production of BAU content from brief to reporting.
  3. Coordinate projects with the Account Director and content teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  4. Support proposal development, content planning, and reporting.
  5. Maintain production schedules and stakeholder communication.
  6. Provide responsive client support.

**Who are you?**

  1. Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in a client-facing role, ideally in content or creative agency.
  3. Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and projects.
  4. Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and excellent communicator.
  5. Highly organized with strong digital and print content knowledge.
  6. Collaborative and capable of working independently.
