Position: Cleaner

Location: Wellesley, WA (Kemerton Lithium Plant, near Bunbury)

Employment type: Casual, with the potential to transition into a permanent position after a few months

Shift/Hours: Part-time; options include Monday–Friday 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM or Friday 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $31.21 plus Superannuation

Location details: Ventia Parkfield, Western Australia, Australia

• Act in accordance with training provided by Ventia and create a positive and safe working environment
• Cleaning duties may include maintaining public and operational areas, managing waste disposal, spot cleaning, mopping, sweeping, sanitising toilet facilities, and cleaning internal and external glass surfaces
• Perform tasks in an industrial setting, with attention to safety and cleanliness standards specific to a processing plant
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality and timeliness, adhering to site procedures

• Possess a valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle
• Be able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for extended periods
• Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
• Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests
• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not essential; full training will be provided
