Your New Role
  • This is a 12 month Max Term position
  • Open to candidates based in Sydney, Melbourne OR Brisbane

As a Digital Designer, you will interpret and respond to design briefs, deliver on internal client expectations, and align with our brand objectives. You will work independently and collaboratively to create strong visual communication and innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Produce digital content for web, paid advertising, EDMs, and social media
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver on design briefs and convey the Aware Super brand promise
  • Bring proactive ideas to the table and help shape briefs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on integrated campaigns
  • Create simple motion animation to support social ideas
  • Bonus: HTML5 coding highly desirable
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in graphic design / digital design with demonstrated ability to interpret and respond to design briefs and deliver on brand objectives
  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or relevant fields
  • Understanding of marketing and communications campaign requirements
  • Experience presenting concepts and design ideas to stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing, multi-media, web design & graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Video editing, HTML5 coding are a bonus
  • Ability to work independently to bring innovative ideas and strong visual communication to convey a brand story
  • Interest in being part of growth and contributing to simplifying experiences
  • Willingness to understand risk context and speak up as we simplify, learn and grow
