Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Reporting to the CHPP Supervisor, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Performing inspections and maintenance in the Coal Handling and Preparation Plant (CHPP)
  • Controlling room operation at the CHPP
  • Monitoring coal processing
  • Stockpile dozer operations
  • Train loading
Skills and Experience

Desirable criteria:

  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical license
  • Experience in CHPP or heavy industry
  • Teamwork skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Computer literacy
