This is a part-time remote role for a Mental Health and Disability Support Worker at Manaaki Care. The Support Worker will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to individuals with mental health and disabilities, ensuring their safety and overall wellbeing.
- Experience as Support Workers with strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Safeguarding principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Technical support skills
- Empathy and compassion to support individuals with mental health and disabilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Training in mental health or disability support is a plus
- Certification in relevant fields such as Social Work or Psychology is beneficial
