Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a passion for property? Castran Gilbert, a market leader in Melbourne's property industry, is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our experienced team, specialising in off-the-plan residential project sales.
About UsLocated in the heart of South Yarra, Castran Gilbert is renowned for delivering exceptional results in project marketing and property sales across Melbourne. With a strong portfolio of boutique and large-scale developments, we pride ourselves on offering a premium service to developers and buyers alike.
The RoleAs a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Representing premium off-the-plan residential projects across Melbourne
- Building and nurturing client relationships from enquiry through to settlement
- Conducting sales presentations, open displays, and private inspections
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of each development and market trends
- Managing databases and providing regular updates to clients and developers
- Working closely with our project marketing, admin, and legal teams
You are a confident communicator and skilled closer who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ideally, you will bring:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Consultant
- A current Agent's Representative Certificate (REIV or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Motivation to succeed and a passion for property
- Availability to work weekends and after-hours as required
- Work with an industry-leading agency and premium developments
