About the Role

We're looking for Lead/Principal level Software Engineers to join our team. You'll be key to designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure that power global logistics.

• More than 10 years of experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
• Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Proven experience in designing and developing complex software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
