Vestas have a great opportunity to be part of a highly dedicated team, who to strive to deliver tools and parts to our service and construction sites across Australia and Asia. You will be working with people locally and abroad and other stakeholders within our organisation .

We are looking for experienced material pickers located around the Dandenong outer Melbourne region. We have recently moved into new large facilities and are looking to expand our staff on order picking of service and construction tools for our organization. It is a very rewarding job with many benefits available.

Be part of highly dedicated team, to strive to deliver Tools to service and construction sites in ASP. Will be working with people locally and abroad.
It's a fast-paced department, and we need to adjust workload all the times and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Picking from RF Scanner
  • Assesing hand tools, lifting, hydraulic, special and calibrated tools to ascertain if they can be used again and recording certificates for calibrated tools
  • Packing tools and data entry at times
  • Testing of power tools
  • Putting away stock and stock take and cycle count of inventory
Qualifications
  • Current Australian drivers licence
  • Current forklift licence
  • Mechanical or Electrical or construction trade background would be a bonus
Competencies
  • Flexibility in operation and ability to work in a team and as an independent contributor
  • Strong attention to details and ability to multi task, prioritize and work without loosing focus in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated
  • Good at problem solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in leadership teams
  • Experience in SAP and working with RF Scanner
  • Microsoft Office
  • Time management
