Job Title: Software Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced software tester to join our team at Softtest-Pays.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT testing, with a focus on ERP systems and Workday applications.

The successful applicant will be responsible for designing and executing test scripts, analyzing and troubleshooting defects, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for ERP systems, including Workday applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Design and implement effective test scripts, leveraging knowledge of ERP systems and testing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in IT testing, with a focus on ERP systems and Workday applications.
  • Hands-on experience with test scripts, defect management, and JIRA.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodologies and security testing principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
