Team Leader - Residential Construction at Design & Build Recruitment

The Company:

Work for a Victorian based domestic builder who specializes in the design, construction, and delivery of a wide range of medium density town living projects for their partners and associates throughout Melbourne's inner city and growth corridors for the broader consumer market.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Residential Building Administration
  • Contract Administration – Producing and exchanging HIA contracts and understanding clauses and special conditions
  • Pre Site Administration – Forecasting build jobs and managing council & developer applications, liaising with clients on finance
  • Building Permit applications, resolving Permit Checklists, achieving monthly site starts
  • Construction Administration- Sending claims, responding to client queries, working closely with site managers
  • Coordinating handovers which includes obtaining Occupancy Permit and creating handover packs, assisting clients throughout the process of taking over their new home

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Experience in a similar role within residential building
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Organisation and time management skills to manage workflow
  • A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
